Ronan Gavin

Founder and Principal

Ronan is a seasoned global sales leader, coach, and award-winning sales professional with nearly three decades of global sales experience, helping sellers unlock their full potential. As a sports professional before his career in sales, Ronan brings the discipline, resilience, and high-performance mindset needed to be highly successful in sales. 

His career spans leadership roles in large multinational corporations and dynamic start-ups, giving him a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in today’s fast-changing business landscape.

A former EMEA Sales Director at Microsoft, Ronan also recently authored the acclaimed book, “The Time of Your Life - Transform from Busy to Exceptional in Sales & Life” and our consultancy is built on the same principles and frameworks outlined in his book - a framework now adopted by sales teams globally.
